1) GENERAL PROVISIONS

By placing a binding order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree with the terms and conditions for the delivery of goods from the online store www.sundaris.eu as defined by the seller. The relationship between the seller and the buyer is governed by these terms and conditions, which are binding for both parties.
“According to the Act on the Registration of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, they are required to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, no later than within 48 hours.”


2) ORDERING GOODS AND SERVICES

Musical instruments can be ordered 24 hours a day using the shopping cart, via PayPal, phone, email, or in writing at our correspondence address listed in the contacts section.
The subject of the contract is the goods specified in the purchase contract – the order. In case of discrepancies where the product differs from the description on the website, you will be informed by email.
The online store www.sundaris.eu undertakes to deliver musical instruments and goods to its customers in undamaged condition and in accordance with the specifications or characteristics typical for that type of product, following the regulations and laws valid in the Czech Republic.
The electronic order becomes valid at the moment when all the required fields in the order form are correctly filled. This order becomes a proposal for a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when the buyer formally confirms the order, and is fulfilled by the delivery of goods to the buyer’s address.


3) ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order placed by the customer on www.sundaris.eu is immediately received, and a confirmation email is sent to the buyer. On the day the goods are shipped, the buyer is informed. If the goods cannot be dispatched for any reason, the customer will be promptly contacted by an authorized person.


4) ORDER CANCELLATION

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it, without giving a reason. This can be done via phone, email, or in person. To cancel the order, the customer must provide the email from which the order was placed, the order number, and the name.
The operator of the e-shop www.sundaris.eu reserves the right to cancel an order, especially if the ordered goods are not in stock. The buyer will be contacted in such a case.


5) PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

Ordered musical instruments and goods are shipped according to the selected delivery method for each item in the order.

Payment and shipping methods for musical instruments and other goods:

  • Personal Pickup – You can collect the ordered goods in person at our brick-and-mortar store and pickup point: Werichova 953/15, Prague 5, 152 00. Pickup is available after prior arrangement.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – If you prefer payment upon delivery, your order will be processed immediately. You will be informed on the day your shipment is handed over to the shipping company.

  • Bank Transfer in Advance – If you choose to pay in advance, once we confirm that the item is in stock, we will send you an email with payment instructions.

Shipping rates within the Czech Republic:

  • PACKETA: According to current price list

  • PPL: According to current price list

  • Czech Post: According to current price list

  • Personal Pickup: Free of charge

  • Cash on Delivery Fee: 2  EUR


6) DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time for musical instruments and other goods purchased in the e-shop is from 1 to 14 business days, unless otherwise stated. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be promptly informed.


7) EXCHANGING GOODS

If desired, unused and undamaged musical instruments and gifts can be exchanged for a different item either in person or by sending the goods as a registered parcel (not COD) to the shop address. The buyer bears the cost of exchanging the goods.


9) CLAIMS AND WARRANTY

Claims are assessed individually and in accordance with valid legal regulations. Customers are obliged to report any defects or damage to the seller immediately upon receiving the goods. The e-shop is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. If the buyer accepts goods that are or were damaged during transport, they must inform the seller without delay and then make a claim with the carrier or through the seller.
All musical instruments and goods are covered by a 24-month warranty.
In the case of a valid claim, the seller agrees to reimburse the buyer for return shipping costs up to the amount of the cheapest offered delivery method.

The warranty does not cover:
A) Defects caused by normal wear and tear
B) Defects resulting from improper use
C) Defects caused by negligence or failure to follow usage guidelines

Claim procedure:

  1. Inform us of the claim via phone, email, or in writing

  2. The customer sends the item back at their own cost. If the claim is approved, the seller will reimburse appropriate transport costs.

  3. When returning goods, pack the item carefully and choose an appropriate delivery method. If the item is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging, the buyer is liable. If the item was already damaged during the original delivery, the seller is responsible.


10) WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT AND RETURNING GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS

According to Law 367/2000 Sb., the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The seller undertakes to refund the amount paid by the buyer within 14 days, including shipping costs.
